This website aims to provide information about the Coaching Scheme and diving in the Region for our existing members as well as prospective new members and visiting divers from any agency. You are all most welcome!
Here you will find the Programme of Events for the coming year giving details of the Skill Development Courses and Instructor Training Events being run throughout the Region. We also have a links section to provide a resource for anyone looking to go diving within North Scotland.
For anyone interested in learning to dive, looking to join a new branch or if you are qualified from another agency and are looking for a bunch of like-minded people to go diving with, we can help put you in contact with your nearest local BSAC branch who can give you further details.
Regional Profile
The diving that North Scotland has to offer is some of the best in the UK with several sites famous the world over such as Scapa Flow. However, there are also a number of well kept secrets up here including the Moray Firth where you may be lucky enough to dive with dolphins! The North and West coasts boast some of the most rugged and challenging coastline in the UK. Unsurprisingly there is an abundance of wreck sites and the marine life is stunning! Why not come and see for yourself?
